COVID screenings will be conducted prior to every appointment. I am fully vaccinated and boosted, and test regularly.

Masks are RECOMMENDED but not required. 

CANCELATION POLICY

- Late non-emergency cancelations (less than 24 hours before) will be charged 50% of the fee; contact me directly if you'd like to send someone else in your place.

- No shows will be responsible for 100% of the appointment cost and will be barred from making future appointments until the invoice is paid

- Showing up with symptoms of illness will result in a 50% late cancelation charge
 

I will RESCHEDULE AT NO CHARGE If I or someone in my household:

- has been exposed to COVID or other illness

- is exhibiting symptoms of illness
 

Individuals with allergies must take a COVID test prior to arrival. Allergies can mask symptoms of other illnesses.
